Representing the east central portion of the municipality of Saanich, Saanich East comprises nineteen neighborhoods. Many of these areas are some of the most desired places to live; Cordova Bay, Broadmead, Sunnymead, High Quadra and Quadra to name a few.
The outermost eastern end of Saanich East boasts a long strip of coastline stretching into the Pacific Ocean - presenting panoramic views of Haro Strait and San Juan Islands for those lucky enough to reside there.
As part of Saanich (with a total number over 170 parks), people living in this region have access to all sorts of amenities such as beaches and trails – making it one of the best places for outdoor enthusiasts or individuals who want to take advantage of Vancouver Island's natural beauty without sacrificing any luxuries.
